I have been getting these dizzy spells for the past two years now. I thought it was related to my sinusitis so I went to see an ENT. I told him that it feels like you’ve been on a cruise ship for a week and are walking on solid ground, but everything is still moving. It usually happens when I wake up in the morning and lasts from a couple days to weeks at a time and then just dissapears.
