subjective and objective vertigo

5 years ago while stop at a light in my car, I experienced the feeling that I was moving. I panicked, slammed the brake to the floor and realized that I was already stopped. A couple days later, I ended up at the doctor who gave me antivert and a shot for nausea. I didn’t experience symptoms unless I looked down. I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist twice, but he found nothing wrong. The vertigo disappeared after about a month.
