Vertigo

I am bout at my witts end with suffering from so much problems with my ear. My left ear rings 24/7 then on top of the ringing and roaring,I hear like a washing machine agitating and I have the vertigo spins and whorls sometimes 2-3 times a week for about a month. I get migrain headaches. I don’t socialize much anymore because I’m always feeling so lousy and its hard to be around alot of people at once.
