I have had vertigo for the last six months and it is terrible. It comes and goes but lasts for a few weeks at a time. Sometimes it is so bad that I get very sick and feel like I am going to vomit. I wear Seaband motion sickness wristbands EVERY DAY!! They probably don’t help but I feel like I need to wear them.
