2 weeks ago I woke up and encountered my first episode with violent spinning and nausea, very scary. I noticed I was overheated from having the heater on higher than normal. Now every more severe episode I have seems to be triggered when it’s hotter in the room, usually at night.
Experiencing all similar symptoms of swaying , dizziness etc as you all are reporting. I have been trying these head position exercises but seemed to be getting worse. I guess it’s time for specialist help....Read the full article
