Vertigo

I HAVE BEEN DIZZY OFF & ON FOR YEARS. But yesterday & today I cant move at all without feeling like a strong force is trying to push me down as the room spins. I also am feeling like Im falling backwards. That is a first. I have to hold walls to get to food & water but then am totally nauseated. Its the worst thing ever. The dr thought klonopin would help. Nope. I had an MRI & Im fine! Yeh right!
