One morning May 26, 2008 when I woke up and wanted to go to the restroom I could not walk because everything around me was spinning and I felt like vomiting. I went to a neurologist and asked me to had MRI and the impression was a nonspecific ischemic changes in both subcortical white matter meaning I have vertigo Advised by neurologist to take Nootropil with generic name Piracetam bec I also have hypertension
