Hi. I have been suffering with dizziness (lightheaded - not vertigo) for 2 years with no diagnosis. I have Chiari I Malformation and my Neurosurgeon thought the dizziness would go away after decompression surgery, but it hasn’t. Taking Ativan help control it most of the time. I also have foriminal stenosis, and facet overgrowth with bone spurs at C3/4, 4/5, but my NS doesn’t think this is causing the dizziness I’ve been to so many doctors and had so many tests.
