My first experience with vertigo came after a trip to six flags with my niece and nephews. The next day I woke up with dizziness vomiting, diarrhea and headache in such a debilitating degree that I truly thought I was dying. I had to crawl slower than a snails pace to the bathroom and back for three weeks.
