Vertigo

In 1997 I had a terrible case of vertigo which was diagnosed by an ear specialist. I too went through a series of tests and was told I have to challenge the dizziness and keep making the dizziness occur until it stops.
I have had 3 really bad episodes in all these years with the last one a year ago.
