Vertigo

I am 63 years old and have had occasional bouts of vertigo for the past year. About 8 weeks ago the vertigo became omnipresent. I could not lie down at night or roll over in bed and getting up in the morning was torture. Everything in the room was spinning and I felt vaguely nauseas most of the day.
