I’m 62. I had vision and vertigo symptoms while flying airplanes in attitudes (stalls, spins). My head would drop down and I couldn’t raise my head, which is no good in an airplanes. I failed my FAA physical in 1974 and could no longer fly.
The episodes continued while driving; my head would fall into the passenger seat and panic would ensue. An ENT and neurologists Rx [prescribed] antivert and nicobid and that helped.
