Vertigo

I have had vertigo for at least 15 years. It comes upon me suddenly and I get dizzy and can’t manuver at all. It takes all I have to get out of bed to get something to eat. It puts me down for about 4 days after taking Meclizine. I know that loud noises for a long period of time will do it to me, or a shreal noise for a length of time can do it too.
