Vertigo

I am dizzy, not sure if it is actually vertigo when i walk it feels like the ground is rippling in giant waves. Wake with headaches, thought that was need for coffee, coffee used to help but now it doesn’t. Have to take advil. I feel like i cannot keep a continuous thought. when i type i mix up the letters. Reading is getting increasingly difficult and as i am a full time student this is a big problem.
