Vertigo

Since last Sunday I have had nausea, dizziness, and some tingling in my arms and legs. I went to the ER finally and was told that I have vertigo. I had vertigo one time a couple years ago but I never had the tingling in the arms and legs. I wondered if anyone else had this symptom as well. They said it could be due to my ear but I have had no pain in my ear.
