vertigoI have chronic vertigo. There is something that triggers it for me. If I look up, or put my head way back in the shower, rapidly look from side to side. I have to be careful of all these things.Playing games on the computer using rapid eye movement etc.. Have you asked your doctor about Benign positional vertigo? It coud possibly be that. Flecks of calcium become loose in your inner ear and wind up going into the wrong canal,confusing the brain.( The calcium disolves with time,so it may come and go)It's usually easy to fix.Not all doctors know of this. It's sometimes caused top shelf vertigo among other things as people get it when they look up. It can usually be fixed quickly by having your doctor do the Epley maneuver. There is a home version that is easy to do.This can take care of the problem or make it better.Good luck!
