i feel dizzy when i go to sleep at night, and when change position in sleep ,and in the morning when i try to get up.i have difficulty getting up in the morning.i also feel like vomiting with giddiness. as day go by i feel better and by the time it is noon, i am fine. this has happened to me for the first time.it did scared me the first day.today it is 4th. day, i still get dizzy but i know as day go by i will feel better. my dr. as given medicine for that.i do not know whether it really helps ...Read the full article
