Vertigo

I had an episode of vertigo on Saturday-my first…hope it’s my last.
What I did to make it go away without going to the ER.
I read about the exercises—the sitting on the edge of the bed and tilting your head and touching to the mattress to the left and the the right repeatedly…so I tried that.
AND I took Dramamine and Benadryl and Ibuprophen. It did clear up.
