Winning over Vertigo

I have had bouts of Vertigo over the years which have included a visit to the emergency room on my first bout. At those times, a dark, quiet room with liquids and two days of taking Meclizine would fix it. Since then, I have had ear acupuncture at the chiropractor’s office which cured it for over a year. I would recommend that type of procedure and don’t worry about the pain. It doesn’t hurt that bad to have some needles stuck into your ears for about 20 minutes!

Could you please explain exactly what you mean by cupping your ears and how you rubbed them? Thanks

I am having the vertgo and diziness problem since 4 years.

Please let me know what is cupping & rubbing processs of ear.
