Any one has therapy & exercise for nerve damage (Labyranthit

Hi,

I'm a 45 year old female. My sympton started very mild and gradual - just blurry vision first. Few days or maybe 1 week later dizziness came. Even watching cars driving from different directions made me dizzy. I kept on working and tried to maintain all activities. I was extremely tired. In the morning I felt totally fine. Dizziness started with driving to work. Mostly I felt very bad towards end of the day. 2 months later I was getting better, only looking down would make me feel dizzy. I went to the hair dresser and sat on the shampoo chair. That bending my head backward position made me back to square one, even worse. It became looking up made me feel worst instead of looking down.

I went to an Ear and Balance center and had 4 hours of different tests. Test results showed I had acute peripheral vestibular lesion, possible labyranthitis. I was suggested to have therapy and home excerises. No medicine was prescribed. The excersies are supposed to stimulate my eyes, brains and vestibular nerves to get used to the dizziness - that is to reprogram my system to adapt to the damaged nerve. Excercises include Saccade, Tracking, Targets, Head Circling, Focus and Head Turns, Ankle Sway, Circle Sway, Ball Circles, Gait w/ Head Movement. I've done them for 3+ weeks, about total of 30+ hours. I only feel worse. I feel I'm like a Zombie. Now my dizziness comes in different patterns - one day it can be looking up, one can be looking to the right, or both ways. I'm very frustrated. In the afternoon I become a bit better, but next morining the dizziness comes right back. I was told the dizziness from excercise is normal. Keep doing them. The more I do the better..whatever makes me dizzy then keep triggering those dizziness. Somehow my brain cannot remember all the training/stimulation...

Anybody has similar excerises? How are the results.

Thanks!!
