Vertigo

I have been experiencing a sensation of dizziness over the past two days and I have had one experience of double vision the evening of the first day. It seems to happen when I walk or look side to side. I woke up the first night and walked through the house....I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye, but then noticed that it was double vision in both eyes as I look back and forth. The double vision was worst on this occasion, but I continue to feel dizzy at times when I walk and always when I look side to side...this happens just by moving my eyes back and forth and not my whole head necessarily. My muscles were tight this morning in my back as well.

Can anyone relate to this? Should I be worried?
