Vertigo

I have read a lot on this topic on the internet, as my
fiancee is diagnosed with benign positional vertigo

I would like to understand anyone if this is
hereditary. There is no one in my fiancee's family
having this ailment. Is there some cure to this
ailment? Can this ailment get transferred to kids?
I am guessing that there is nothing that i need to worry
about in getting married to my fiancee. Should i be
concerned about this factor in making up my mind to
decide about my marriage? I would really appreciate if
you could provide your opinion on the subject.
