Vertigo

I have had brain surgery to remove a tumor two years ago. I was told I have vertogo when I went for my MRI scan. It is a probelm when I exercise and get up and down quickly. But this is not all the time most of the time I am ok. I had never had any problems before surgery. Now I can not go on any rides I have to sit in the front seat of the car or I will get sick. I have not been given any medication. I get dizzy sometimes with certain head movements. Does anyone else have these problems?
