I’m 38 years old I’m a recovering addict. i have 75 days clean, I’m scared!!!! The doctors say i have Vertigo!! I feel like why the last 12 years i’ve been high on meth now i clean and why me? i’ve only been to the er once. I’m scared, I don’t like it and I fear it’s something more. That's great that you are in recovery.Just remember that this too will eventually pass.It's really hard not knowing what is wrong which produces anxiety,then other worries about working,driving etc. pop up and add even more fuel to the fire.Try to take it easy.If it's possible try to find an ENT doctor and make an appointment.Dizziness can have many causes and unfortunately anxiety makes it worse.Good luck!
