Vertigo

I was diagnosed with vertigo yesterday at 4 AM… i was so scared i was shaky and my left eye would not open. i was dizzy and got out of bed and felt like i was just learning how to walk again. I could not even attend school because the dizzyness was so bad. i have trouble driving and feel like i cant hear out of my right ear cuz of all the ringing. I am studying to be a pharmacy tech and learned alot in a day. Im currently starting Meclizine so im hoping it helps.
