Re: Treatment, Follow upmy father had been diagnosed with nph and is not a good candidate for shunt placement. My questions are: what can we expect as far as symptoms and progression of this? What is typical life expectancy without shunt placement? Is there anyone who has gone through this that can tell us what to expect?
