Multiple Sclerosis

Two months ago I went to the doctor about faical numbness, dizziness drowsiness, fainting spell, neck pain starting from my shoulders going towards my bottom half of my head. Also, my ears were ringing as well. My right side of my body has really had majority of pain. During this time I have been to the doctor three times so far, each time I went to the doctor I had more symptoms occur. A few days ago I went the hospital because my arms were burning. When I went to the hospital I had blood drawn and an MRI everything came up normal. I know I am not amagining these symptoms. No one seems to know hwat is wrong, hopwfully when I go to the neurologist tomorrow she'll tekk me what's going on.

Does anyone have any advice?
