Whiplash was initially named railway spine in the early part of the century. Due to the often violent stopping of the train. This is similar to an auto accident and to a roller coaster ride. Osteopathic spinal manipulation or chiropractic manipulation should be accompanied by exercise and manual muscle work. Dr. Mark Mulak www.citysidechiropractic.com
