i am having this peculiar problem since past 2 years. it occurs approx every 1 to 2 months . while sleeping and having a dream i feel i am falling down, spinning effect. ihave to immediately open my eyes and not move. occurs for 10-15 seconds. thereafter i get headache, nausea.it does not occur while i am at activity or awake. dizziness or falling feeling only in my dreams. i seem to get nightmares too. can any good soul help me with treatment. i was told to take stugeon tablet and medicine for acidity.
